It%26#039;s called %26#039;Anamorphic%26#039;.





I%26#039;m assuming you mean the kind you often see forwarded as Pavement Art where it only works if you view it from the correct angle... they use the same technique to paint the grass at sports matches to display on-pitch advertising for the TV camera positions.
